Add predicted WikiPathways orthologs #59

This PR adds predicted orthology relationships between WikiPathways entries. The existence of these entries is no surprise, since they actually automatically generate them based on gene orthologies.

This is a bit different than #38 because it is going into predictions instead of direct mappings. It also has a much smaller scope.

I gave a presentation on this a few months ago to the WikiPathways developer meeting .

The WikiPathways ones are highly likely to be correct, but should still go through a round of curation. Since there could be tons of variability in names in WikiPathways, it might be good to also predict mappings through paths like WP1 speciesSpecific X speciesSpecific WP2

@bgyori I've also done some manual curation that I can either push with this PR if you think it's all in order, or as a separate one later
